Saturday (01/07) The Truman Wrestling team hosted an eight team dual meet tournament.  Participating teams included: Truman, Bensalem, South Philadelphia (BTS), Wissahickon, Glen Mills, CB West, Seton Hall Prep (NJ),& Avon Grove.  Truman finished 3rd overall, going 3-2 with wins over South Philadelphia, Wissahickon, and Glen Mills.  Seton Hall Prep beat Avon Grove for the team title.  South Philadelphia's Miles Lee was named Outstanding Wrestler.  Truman's Ernie Registre, Gunnar Fuss, and Isaiah Godbold all went 5-0 on the day, while Danny Baskin and Joey Goldey each went 4-1.  Freshman Frank Regalis finished 3-2, along with sophomore Esteban Moran. Great Job everyone!  On behalf on the entire program, I would like to thank everyone that volunteered their time on Saturday to make the event a success!  Next up, Truman will host Council Rock South in our first SOL dual meet of the season on Wednesday at 7pm.  We hope to see you there!!   As Always, Thank you for your continued support!
