Year: Freshman
Cecelia is a freshman at Harry S. Truman High School. She attended Austin Meehan in Philadelphia, PA and I.S 49 in New York. She played volleyball for 3 years and this year is making it her 4th year playing. She hopes to achieve her goals and attend Temple University right after high school to become an FBI Agent. She hopes to become the best volleyball player before this season ends.
