Truman Soccer scores a double victory over Chicester

Truman Boy's varsity soccer picked up their third win of the season with a 1-0 victory over Chichester on Monday. Badr Fask scored the winner with eight minutes left. Goalkeeper Dawson Black picked up the first shutout by a Truman keeper in several years with 8 saves including a penalty kick that kept the game scoreless with twenty minutes remaining.
The junior varsity won 5-1 with five different players getting on the score sheet. Both squads are back in action today against Bensalem at home.

Boys Soccer score late, dramatic victory over Camden Catholic

Ilyas Nashid's goal with 16 seconds left sealed a dramatic fourth win of the season for the boys soccer team on Saturday. The winning goal was the result of excellent build up from Diego Rodriquez, to Badr Fask, to Ilhan Zivali who played to ball across goal to Ilyas Nashid. The team will go for its fifth victory of the season on Monday evening at home against Central High School at 6:15 pm.
